For those of you that have been with us in previous years, please be aware that the online registration system looks different this year. Follow the steps listed below to register your team, judge and volunteer.
Team Registration Area
CREATING A TEAM:
1. Navigate to portal.odysseyofthemind.com and log in OR create your log in.
2. Email your Coordinator or Regional Director and ask them to make you an active user.
COORDINATORS: When your coaches notify you, please activate the team immediately and respond to the coach so they know their record is active and can move on to steps 3-5.
3. Coaches sign back into the system and select 'Teams" and click "Create team" (upper right hand corner).
4. Fill out the necessary information on the pop up screen and select "Create Team" when finished.
5. Click on "Detail" to enter the needed information on coach(s) and team members. NOTE: There is a limit of THREE coaches this year.
At this point, your team is entered.
After this, your Regional Director will send you an invitation to register for the tournament.
Further steps will be needed at that time.

REGISTERING FOR A TOURNAMENT:
Once you have received the invitation email, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account on portal.odysseyofthemind.com
2. Click on "Competitions" to register. (Bottom left side of the Dashboard.)
3. The Event information will show at the top of the screen.
4. Register your team, coaches, judge and volunteer. NOTE: The "Register" button will change from blue to green once each person is registered. You do NOT have to enter everything at the same time. You can return to this record as long as you do NOT click on the "Finalize registration" button.
5. Once you have all information entered, the last step is to click the "Finalize registration" button. You will NOT be able to change any of your information once you do this.
6. A pop up menu will appear with information. Click on the "Confirm registration" button to complete the process.
Again, a Tutorial is available in the Members Area of the Odyssey HQ website.

IF YOU PLAN TO JUDGE/VOLUNTEER IN MORE THAN ONE REGIONAL TOURNAMENT, let the Regional Director for each tournament know so they can select you.
